Naomi Netdimm component fell of in shipping. Help

I got a net dimm in the mail today and it looked packaged well. Problem is, I could hear something rattling inside. Taking it apart and I find this...

Anybody know where this little guy belongs? My guess is the bottom pic. Need to look into it though

Looks like my suspicion was right. CE3 broke off at some strange point during shipping. According to console5 and this guide it CE3 should have this capacitor on it. I wouldn't know which individual component to source from digikey or wherever so I might just buy console5's cap replacement kit.

Well, console5 is probably the easier choice, but I don't want to recap the whole thing if it's not necessary and the extra caps do me no good. Would anybody know which component is a good replacement from something like digikey or mouser? There's a lotttt of choices for 150uf 10v caps.
