I wanted to see if any of you got a netdimm kit for sale for a reasonable price. All the ones on ebay go for way too much. Looking for a netdimm/pi combo and a naomi power supply. I got the system and the i.o already. Its a capcom i.o so I think I need a dedicated power supply (I read it somewhere idk)
 
Unfortunately it's not a cheap setup.

Grab a network capable netdimm first, this will be the most costly thing to obtain.

Raspberry Pi 3B isn't terribly expensive and if you want to save some coin you can network to your mobile phone and use that as a games selection device (as opposed to spending more money on a separate LCD screen).

I know I'm looking at all the parts and its killing me. I was hoping someone would be thinking about getting rid of theirs. Its such a cool setup . Ty for the advice!
 
If you can wait until Yaton gets back in action on eBay, he usually has Net Dimm's at a reasonable price.

All you'll need then is a Raspberry Pi, Micro SD Card, LCD Screen and Ethernet Cable, which are all obtainable from Amazon or eBay. Should be well under $100 for the lot.

Hopefully someone here chimes in who has a spare setup they could sell you though... Things start to add up $ wise when you have to get many parts to make something in this arcade world.

There's a long time that you don't need LCD for pi anymore, just use a smartphone. If you want, you can run directly from a PC, without a pi.
 
LegendHK sells the 256MB NetDIMM on eBay for $188 USD + $20 Shipping.

A clean 512MB one with the Pi, LCD Screen, etc... would be maybe $250 - 275 as a "nice" forum price?
 
Yes I was thinking 260 euro ex shipping for a net only dimm brand new no batt 512 mb with chip and pi with cables and screen pre config plug and play
 
Sure shoot me a pm whoever is interested in purchasing one as I have about 20 stock left . Also with 4.01 software and batt with also the scsi connector that’s a little higher in price .

Dam, sound like this blew up when I was making lunch. Hope I was in before the cutoff.
 
Correct I have an outstanding issue at the moment with him ... as he won’t respond I had to open up a claim :-(
 
Yaton also has a Facebook page. He messaged me back on there in a few hours earlier this week.
