I've only seen one for driving games, are you after the physical pins on the IO?

Generic physical I/O pins, so P2 B1 etc. as pinouts can move a little dependant on JVS output, jamma vs IDC etc.
No overall list so I'll scrounge all the details from schematics. Cheers.
