I recently dug out my old supergun from storage and I have an interest in trying a Naomi set-up.
Can I use my regular supergun arcade joysticks with a Naomi board? If not, can they (joysticks) be wired to the Naomi directly?
I read somewhere that Dreamcast controllers work with a Naomi. Is this true? If it is, does this apply to all types of games (e.g. Could I use a Dreamcast lightgun or racing wheel?).
Or... does every type of game require a different I/o board?
I completely missed the Naomi / Dreamcast video gaming era as it happened when I was at college where my focus shifted from gaming to woman. Was there a noticeable difference between the arcade and Dreamcast versions of games? I want to know if it is worth it for a non-collector to invest in Naomi stuff over a Dreamcast with an ad card drive?
