Naomi1 Failed repair and... Failed replacement

Found a cheap Naomi on eBay with a failing IC22. Ordered replacement chips and attempted to replace.. but failed. Broke several pins during replacement.

Ordered a new Naomi1, which arrived today... Like this:

Sometimes you just can't get a break.
I've got a Naomi 1 with flashy slow-ness and am putting off replacing the ram for fear of messing it up further.

That's roughly what I did. I did a ton of minor work and left this for last because I was nervous. Fears confirmed. Hard work.
