need help for a neo geo mvs motherboard part

Hi Friends on a motherboard mvs mv1A or mv1ax faulty , i got a problem with that th15 4d1 ic on a motherboard that ic is broken somebody know where i can find new ic like that one or if there's a ic compatible with different name
