Need help identifying a PCB Component (1038 1AM)

Anyone knows what this component is and where to buy. I attached the picture. I recently got a Technos PCB with one of these components damaged. I haven't fired the pcb up yet and thinking maybe I should replace the component first.

Looks like a 9 pin resistor array. Measure the resistance between pin 1 (the one marked with a dot) and the other pins to get the value. It should be the same for all pins and I'm guessing it's 10kOhm.

Most likely 10k ohms(103), and it’s probably bussed(1 common pin).

I measured the damaged one between 1st leg and one of other legs, it measured 500 ohm so I assume it's 1k resistor? All other legs read 0 ohm.
I measured other PCB with similar component, it measured 1k ohm and then back to 0 ohm. Does this indicate a bad resistor?
Can I find this kind of resistor easily online?

My bad, I set the multimeter incorrectly. It tested again the one that is still in good condition and it read 10k and the value was stable.

1038 = 10*10^3 ohms with 8 resistors
the dot on the left identifies pin 1 which is the common pin that all of the resistors are tied to.

The 1AM is the time you go to bed when repairing boards.
