Thanks a lot to @Ziggy Cheetos Dust for providing us with a hi-res scan of the original Aero City Monitor Settings sheet.
But since I don't speak Japanese fluantly (or even badly for that matter) I put google translate to work so I don't have to juggle with my phone each time I want to check something on it.
And it looks like it did a pretty accurate job.
So for whoever might need it, here is a translated English version (it's low-res tho)
