Need info about new net City UK version

I need some of info about new net City UK version. I read somewhere does exist NNC UK version with somme of specifications:
- specific panel overlay:

I have one:

- CRT combo: Matushita/Sanwa PFX 100-240V
and...that's all I know. is it a kit to upgrade NUC or specific cab? Upright or sit down? Someone can share picture please?

I believe the control panel was everything that was ever released. I have never seen side art or an updated emblem.

The monitor was a replacement part for any 29" Sega cab.
