Need MAME help for Neo Geo packs!

I really need to get a Neo Geo Roll-Up Pack going. Could a MAME guru walk me through an efficient way to pull just the MVS roms from a full MAME set?

Or even better, could someone PM me a link to the MVS roms, extracted from the latest MAME pack? Pretty please!

A huge thank you to Zarradeth for sending me the roms, and to K405 for also offering to send them.

I know it was a lot of work to manually pull all of those files (from a complete 0.182 set!), and it will lay the foundation for the Neo Geo Pack
