Got these as part of a big purchase to put on a Candy cab but I don't think I am going to get to it. Not sure what they might be worth.

Full PCB Set, Extra Rom board, Complete Wiring Harness, Complete Control Panel. Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks

ROM board and model 2 main board set for VO is worth about the same as any other model 2 game but it does look like you're missing the cage, filter-board and network board. So really you've got 2 ROM boards and a CPU board.

ROM boards bare are worth about $50-$75, and a ROM set is worth about $40-$60 (for reference I've bought a few official kits that include original ROMs plus a network board for $140), not sure on the current going rate of a Model 2 CPU board but the value depends heavily on it's confirmed function.

you might get $75-$150 for that panel and sticks... the double edge sword of those sticks is that they're only useful in the Twin unit cabs since they wont fit on anything else, and they're so overbuilt they never break, so it's rare that someone actually needs a set... Same goes for the harness.
it's one of those things that you can get more from the right buyer, but you might be waiting a few years for the right buyer to come along.

those sticks wont even come close to fitting in a candy cab, the official VO OMG candy cab release used different model sticks because these twin unit model don't fit.

Some "targeted marketing" might be your best bet here, lurk around the forums for anyone that is rebuilding one of these twin units and ask if they need parts.
