Negative Blast.

I'm done with the sanding process of my second blast city cab. I was thinking about painting it differently than original pattern and then this came to my mind. Painting it and get the decals on a totally negative pattern than the original.

Thoughts?

Personally would avoid going this route. There was a black Naomi uni/net city that someone on AO did years back, but as nice as it was, still looked rather strange. Black will also show every single mark and spot.

I'd stay away from painting it black. It sounds good in theory but just no.

I actually really liked that Ikaruga-themed black NNC. But, yes, for most cabs the color change is terrible.

Colored Versus City cabs were a concept at one point. I am unsure how far that got.

I think a light gray could be pulled off but only if it was a matte finish. I would honestly just keep it the way it came. White is pretty safe if you ever go to sell it.
