Neo Candy 25 degauss harness?

Anyone have one of these or have any knowledge of whether or not the Neo Candy 25 had a degauss harness connected to the PSU from the factory?

I'm helping a friend with his cab and while the PSU has a degauss button and a connector for the degauss harness, there... isn't a harness in the cab. The monitor (Tosh something or other) seems to have a degauss coil on it, and the chassis (Toei 252K) seems to have a connector for the degauss coil (and it's plugged in), but... I am very confused lol. The monitor seems to do the degauss "clunk" from a cold power on, but the button on the PSU doesn't seem to trigger degauss (likely from there being no harness). But also, I don't see any obvious place for the other end of the harness to go on the chassis or around the tube. I also cannot find a scan of the service manual.

Appreciate any pointers!
 
Most auto degauss just short themselves on startup with a jumper on the degauss input connector from what I recall. My guess is when you remove that jumper, then you would be able to connect a harness down to the PSU mounted momentary button so it does the short.
 
I didn't see anything obvious in there, maybe it's like one of those metal bridge jumpers and I need to examine the circuit more closely.

The lack of a easily-referenced manual online is motivating me to just buy one and scan it myself. I thought it was already online, but clearly I was mistaken!

In the input for the harness/jumper should be right next to the degauss connection from the tube
