The replacement APAR flyback "MRCFT-252" for many Neotec monitors (in my case, a NT-2702 VGA-only) are very noisy, concerningly so.

These tend to make this sound when the flybacks are starting to go bad; I've had two now that make this sound before they begin to start arcing internally.
