Net City Placeholder Marquee and Instruction Space Art

Does anyone have any info or scans of the placeholder art for the marquee and instruction space on a Net City cabinet? I've seen a lot reproductions for the Naomi cabinet, but practically nothing about the Net City. Did it just use the same placeholder art as the Naomi? Thanks in advance!

Do the net city art differ from the new net city art? I have the NNC art, but not sure how I would go buy scanning them well

NNC is completely different from Net City.

Net City art is bright yellow/orange. NNC is black and silver.
