Net DIMM Memory

Wondering if the Net DIMM has to be 256Mx2 or 1 stick of 512M would work fine as well ? (for Naomi rpi NetDIMM setup)

Either one should work, but typically 2x256MB tends to be more compatible in my experience. The DIMM boards are picky when it comes to what specific sticks they will accept. I am still experimenting to try and find a common theme.
