Netboot Games with Unlock/Time Release content Enabled?

Are there Netboot Files for versions of games that have time release content already patched to be enabled? KOFXI & MVC2 come to mind as the biggest ones I can think of...

Yes, both. As well as CvS, Project Justice, etc. Just check the list in the forums and you’ll see the roms tagged with, “unlocked”, or “all characters”.

Powerstone 2 is another, lots of extra weapons and an extra fighter can be unlocked. I don't believe there's a pre-patched version of that though.
