Netdimm Error 01 with Communication Board

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Works fine with no communication board, install the communication board and I always get error 01.

Am I missing some step/setup/setting?

Check and clean the connectors on your communication board, if this still fails, check your voltage on load on the 3.3v line, if it's lower than 3.20v, increase it.
