New Astro City Joystick & buttons replacement

Dear arcade friends, i recently bought a New astro city cabinet which unfortunately has issues with the 1P zippy joystick. I want to replace both joysticks and buttons with similar to the originals but i am a bit confused.

i read somewhere that Seimitsu LS32 is the correct one, but which version? Is the SS plate needed?

I changed my astro sticks and buttons recently. The LS32 stick you posted would works just fine, if you swapped the plate with the stock one. Otherwise the shaft would be too short.
I ordered this one for my astro:

For the buttons, they'll fit in with no issues, but you need to tweak the buttons harness. Since they doesn't have micro switch.
