On NebulasRay, you have to set the game audio inside test mode.
On NAMCO System 2 game, a jumper near the audio section has to be changed.

You have to put STEREO mode inside the game to the adapter to work properly.

Set of 2 PCBs that allows you to output the complete set of buttons of these systems through CPS1 or CPS2 kick harness format. Also allows you to output 3.5mm stereo jack mode.
Jumpers installed for making the union of 1-2-3 (jamma) 4-5-6 (kick harness) buttons directly, and also 12 faston cables if you want to change button remapping to your cabinet. You can change all of 6 action buttons as you please.
In the third photo, you can see the faston cables installed for changing 1-2-3 buttons of each player to 4-5-6 through kick harness, and vice versa.
Follow the indications of GAME pins (where the original buttons begin) and JAMMA/KICK pins (the real mapping you want).

May I ask you which connector you use for your RCA adapters? I made the same kind of adapters to be used in Sega Rally 2 cabinets (here), first with Dupont connectors, but they don't fit all the way down and can detach easily. Now I use JST XH male connector with a female to female cable to change gender.
Works well but I think your solution looks better :)
