New Net City Chassis Replacement Help

Hey people
i have New Net City Cabinet and the chasiss has problematic. Thats why i have bought a working chassis.
but when i connect all the connectors, i could not get any screen. There is only 1 bright line on the center.

Please can someone tell me the chassis supports the monitor or not ? or i am doing something wrong ?

Someone else put it together but it has been reliable for me so far.

There is only 1 bright line on the center.

I assume you mean a horizontal line, which means you're missing vertical deflection entirely. There's two connectors for the yoke. The coil for vertical plugs into the connector circled below:

i have connected Vertical and Horizantal wires also

but it gives me this screen only.

....and this chassis was shipped as working?

if so, unplug the power and re double check all of your connections. Post some pictures of the chassis connected where we see them.

Check the solder joints on the vertical IC. The large heatsink often gets bumped in shipping and rips the IC out. Had that happen countless times.
