Night Slashers DOA on arrival

Everything in my setup is verified working.

Night Slashers does nothing once powered-up.

No visuals of any kind. No audio either.

Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start by reseating all eeproms and looking carefully for broken or bent legs. Also inspect carefully for damage like scratches that break traces on the pcb.

I reseated 02- & 01-, nothing.

But once I reseated 00-, it powered-up and entered into gameplay. Visuals and audio appear complete.

Upon closer inspection I've noticed some areas of degradation. Curious as to the level concern I should have about them.

Use 90-99% isopropyl alcohol with a toothbrush on the corrosion.

I have 99% IPA that I use to clean the JAMMA connector before attaching it to my supergun. I will try that on the corrosion area.

I noticed this scrape / abrasion on the underside of the board. I'm unfamiliar as to what these lighter green 'pathways' are and why they are wider. Is that lighter green material just a covering of a trace or something different?
