Hey. I’m having issues with the NNC to start, the game booted up fine but the coin take is only affecting the counter and not giving me any credits. I changed out the coin collector but the bottom of the original frame isn’t letting quarters through either. Also, none of the service buttons are working..Maybe the fix is obvious and I just don’t know enough.

Any help would be sick.

Different wiring. Is all the wiring to the coin mech in place? I’m looking at the yellow connector in the last pic that isn’t wired.

For sure.
The counter is a mechanical mechanism, as long as the coin is passing through it should trigger.
The electrical switch that talks to your cab is your culprit, like Skusuma mentioned, check the the wiring for any corrosion or faulty connections and that the little metal arm off of the microswitch is catching the coin as it passes.

Ahhh! so even if I unplug the Quick disconnects the mech will still work by flipping the switch. I didn't expect that. When I get home i will unplug them and give it a cleaning.

I'm actually not sure where the connector goes to. I found the same connector in the bottom of the game but now way to reach the two. Also there looks to be no entry way to feed it through the cab. I'm thinking its for another coin mech, incase i want to have to places to insert coins.

Don't worry about the connector on the bottom. I think that's coin cointer. The coin mech switch wires go to jvs io pcb in the panel.

I'm wrong. You would need to connect the coin counter connector as well for adding credit to work. But I saw yours is already connected.
Does it coin up if you move the switch lever down on coin mech manually?

Uhh, unless it's been modified, the coin meter is connected to the JVS IO. If the coin meter is being triggered, there's no reason why it shouldn't be adding credits too.

I cleaned the switches like advised And it worked for a bit but the it’s stopped again. It only counts now. Whether it’s with feeding the coin mech or flipping the switch manually.

That’s what I thought too but cleaning the switches did* work so I thought it was good. Now it’s only counting again. I’m not sure what to do at all now besides maybe buy a new switch.

I wish I could put a video on here but also the counting switch is stuck as well. Could this have something to do with it?

Maybe try to use CRC QD electronic cleaner to clean connectors on harnesses to JVS IO pcb (837-13551-92) and connectors on JVS IO pcb.

Are the switches clean without dark spot or corrosion? If they're clean I think they shouldn't be the problem

You can always link a video uploaded with google photos or youtube.

I would try ruling out the JVS IO. Can you borrow one from someone?
