No input Capcom I/O board

[SailorLodestar]

Trying to put virtual on in a blast city and I get no inputs using my Capcom I/O boards not even the control panel service and test buttons work. Is this a known problem?

By the way, the inputs show up during the JVS test but not during the “game test mode” input test.
