Right now I am in India and have no access to a rom burner next few months. Does anyone know how to burn a mod bios and is willing to ship two of them over here?

You can order a pre-burned Eprom from buyicnow.com just buy the right emprom, add the burning service, complete the order and then send the .bin file to them to burn the eprom.
 
I've ordered my Taito Gnet bois along with other eproms from them (my eprom burner broke a while ago and I need to buy another one soon) and never had problems :)
