Not bothering with this anymore.
People want too much money for only a part of this set-up, I've seen members here trying to sell the jamma adapter alone for $250-300. There's no way I'm paying that kind of money for only half of the solution. It's useless without the filterboard.
I'm just going use my DIY jamma adapter solution, or JVS. mfrs trying to get rich off an adapter

I’m looking for a Konami Hornet NBA Play By Play or Terraburst filter boards for a couple Gradius IV conversions I have. The ones with the Jamma connector.
I’m currently adapting a the JST headers to a Jamma connector from Silent Scope filter boards, but I’d like a more neat configuration
