I think this one blew up in Japan right? So much so that there are still tournaments being held in Japan. Hopefully revo world stage and the new project will have the same momentum!

I could have swore that there was. You might be right. Honestly I might just look for the original one and amend my post!IIRC 3tb didn't have a dedicated machine in North America, most from what I heard were rom upgrades on VF3 OB cabinets if at all. Your best (and maybe only) option is to find an VF3 OB and convert the roms (I believe its only 4 eeproms?).
But even if I look at Klov under game census I believe it only shows the ones for sale within a certain amount of years since they been updated right? Sorry if I didn’t phrase it correctly heh.I believe there is a dedicated VF3 upright, but I don't readily see them for sale nowadays (at least on here). You could probably check on KLOV and see if anyone has a set available. I remember seeing this one a few years back, but I don't know if the seller still has it.
An alternative option would be to get a Blast City cabinet with the Model 3 harness, get the VF3tb PCB set itself and run it through there. You could run it through a HAS Supergun but it'd require a lot of extra steps [Model 3 -> JAMMA, I think an additional power supply] and a dedicated display that can do 24khz/med resolution. Meanwhile a Blast City would have the main components you need to get it running.
One step ahead of you! Already done that. What I meant is you could probably post a WTB thread on their forum as well since there’s typically dedicated cabinets being sold.
This was the option I went for, you can also find the art set for sale somewhat regularly on YJA and the control panel if you decide to link cabinets. If you find the dedicated model 3 harness as well it makes it all plug and play.An alternative option would be to get a Blast City cabinet with the Model 3 harness, get the VF3tb PCB set itself and run it through there.
