OK Baby Credit Sticker?

I'm looking for a repro of the OK Baby credit sticker. I have an original one, but of course I can't find it.

First time I see it... and I've have had 2 of those machines! I could try to reproduce it, based on the photo and the hole where it originally goes.

I just took some measurements and it should be about 46mm tall and 35mm wide.

yep... 34.5x46mm pretty much the same. Let me work on something and I'll come up with a few ideas, plus something closer to the original.
