Awesome that you got it all sorted. Jasenscustoms.com has labels for it. I am actually ordering the serial number labels for the CPS2 from him as well and some other custom label stuff.

Might be cheaper to just take a look at the specs, get the proper resistor, and wire that into the existing fan connection on the A-Board. I did that with mine and dropped the voltage down to 5 volts at the fan. Can barely hear the fan running now. Cost me maybe 3 bucks. I think I posted in a separate thread here the ratings of the resistor i used. Picked it up at Radioshack. A cheap ceramic resistor that works perfectly and doesn't get hot at all.
