Operation Wolf Sound Board

I got an operation wolf board working but the sound board is not outputting sound. Working through the schematics; Is there a common failure point with the sound boards I should know about?

Amps are OK, z80 is ok, rom is ok but a good amount of the logic components are stalled.

All the schematics for the sound board I have found are incomplete; anyone have anything better?

Hello,

I understand that +12V is reaching the sound board.

Have you checked for -5V?
Is the audio amplifier working?
Do you hear any sound when you touch the potentiometer and the amplifier pins?

Or is everything else fine, and you think the problem lies further back in the circuit?

Board is powered and amps are idle; some of the data line are stuck high or low and need to traced back.

So I replaced ic3 and ic14 and have sound... but when I power the game it plays every sound effect one at a time in order. When it reaches the end it will go silent.
This is one of the weirdest arcade issues I've seen. I assume this is a communication error somewhere?
