PAL Naomi with Japanese Net DIMM and GD-ROM drive?

apologies if this has been already replied, but I wasn't able to find the info.

Can I use japanese Net DIMM and GD-ROM drive with PAL Naomi?

Yes. Net DIMMs and GDROM drives are universal.

Also, PAL is a color encoding system for analog television, like NTSC. It isn't a thing in arcade games. Yours is an Export model Naomi. There's also Japan, USA and Korea. Region is set by the BIOS chip.

Yeah, I meant Euro Naomi, but being a total noob I took the usual US/JP vs EUR discrimination from the console space.
