I hooked my old pc with a gtx1060 hdmi to vga, with pin 9 removed, directly to my ms2930 chassis switched to 31 hz and my video appears to be scrambled. I’ve never had adjust anything on the chassis before as far as picture goes and have hooked multiple jamma boards, mistercade, and a Naomi 2 up with out having to adjust anything but some minor tweaks on the control board under joysticks. I changed resolution to 640x480 before hooking it up. Just wanting to see if it’s normal to have to adjust pots on chassis to get pc to display correctly before I touch anything or if I’m maybe doing something wrong. Using jpac for controls only. Trying to set up mame and street fighter 6
