There are plenty of reliable people who will do it, who have been sent absolute one of a kind boards. The rarity is the reason why it should be dumped. But it's his property to do with as he pleases, so I edited my post. Just tired of this MONEYMONEYMONEY shit

There are people who dump it for preservation and don't release the ROMs to the general public, if you're more comfortable with that.

E: These guys are in Japan and they are not in the habit of releasing ROMs to everyone http://gamepres.org/

I am a greedy bastard. I should dump it and donate it for free to the community for sure but no.
Don’t worry man I’m posting the instructions half for you and half for whoever buys it. Dumping them is a good idea whether or not they’re released publicly. Otherwise once those (not so reliable) flash develop enough bit rot, it’s gone forever.

And as for danger, dumping is not dangerous but writing can be. I’m happy to walk you through it. But again if you don’t want to then I hope the buyer is reading this too! Cheers

You could buy it, dump it, and then resell it.

I don't have that kind of cash, but if somebody wanted to start a fund (to be refunded once it is resold) I'd seriously be down
If you're not willing to do it yourself, maybe slow your roll with telling people where the door is. Maybe they would have dumped it if there wasn't such a rough welcome.

A little kindness goes a long way.

Still waiting on the price :)
(And photos and boot screen would be helpful to confirm it’s actually a test version)
I would also be interested in hearing the price.
