I found some random stuff in my garage that I simply won't be making time to mess with. Perhaps some of you tinkerers will take interest :D

In order to maximize my packing time, you must buy at least $40 worth of stuff:

Possibly Mortal Kombat 1 or NBA JAM (not certain) - $20 - Got this in a trade, so don't know the history. When powered up, there is LED activity, but no video on the screen.

Kaneko Super Nova motherboard - $10 - I think this one pooped out on me years ago. I don't recall which region.

Hyper Neo Geo 64 power cable & manual - $10 - I had a case of these motherboards long ago and somehow ended up with these extras.

River Service Mahjong panel - $30 - Bought long ago and never ended up using it. Should be fine.

SOLD:

[SOLD] Brezza Soft Evolution Soccer (Crystal system + cart) - $30 - Bought many years ago. Never worked. Strange noise on screen.

[SOLD] Jaleco Mega System 32 Mahjong interfaces - $20 for all - Came with some of my Mega 32 stuff and never used them. Cannot guarantee working, but not proven bad.

[SOLD] Possibly NBA Showtime (not certain) - $50 - Got this in a trade, so don't know the history. When powered up, there is LED and HDD activity, but no video on the screen.

[SOLD] Air Dual - $100 - It was working fine long ago. I also had a Dragon Breed PCB. I found that the Dragon Breed was acting flaky and that was a result of one or more bad wires on the rear ribbon cable. I stole one from my Air Dual and later sold the Dragon Breed. More recently, I wanted to get Air Dual working again and made some replacement ribbon cables (parts are still easy to find today for making your own ribbon cables). I installed those and now I have some funky graphics displayed. My thought is either I messed up the ribbon cable assemblies (unlikely. It's pretty straight forward), or some capacitors on the board are finally toast after all these years and it is causing problems.

[SOLD] Neo Geo MVS - $20 - Screen posts with "Video RAM Failure" or similar wording.

[SOLD] Primal Rage - $30 - No audio (likely due to missing cables) and game has some watchdog timeout that occurs (looks like some sort of debug screen) after playing for a bit. Also while you are playing, the screen says "DEMO ONLY," so wondering if it was from a location test or something.

Yeah, someone PM'd me w/o posting interest in the thread. It's funny, I've never understood the whole "hey, I'm PMing you" posts in a sales thread. I'll know that you PM'd when if I get a PM! :D

Still waiting on a confirmation from them. If they don't speak up soon, it will go to Apocalypse.

Someone needs that Primal Rage. It's the rarer/updated v2.3 and building the audio PCB cable is very simple. I showed how here. I'm not sure about the error, but maybe it's related to the audio not being connected?

Would pick up that Primal Rage if it was local.
Shipping those across the pond will not be funny...

Really regret not picking one up locally last year, was offered cheap, mint condition and included the filter board

The filter board isn't really necessary, except that it makes a clean place to convert it to jamma. Now that the JNX Rage exists though, that is the way to go.

It's more to cut any discussion about who was first and avoid drama. So others can see what's the order.
Anyway, I'm looking to buy it in order to test my work on M72/M81/M84 and then release files here.
I bought 2 Irem boards already, first was unrepairable due to faulty custom, second worked for few hours then same custom died...
Hopefully with your board I'll be able to make one fully working.
Also have some other surprises regarding Irem hardware (but need test board first).

Yeah I'm super keen on both the MK2 and Primal Rage but shipping to AU would be even more stupid than Europe :(
Ahem !!!

Hi :

You are making us aussie’s Sound cheap. I just shipped each of those boards to Australia. Actually shipping was cheap as far as I was concerned.

1st inquirer has paid. I do look forward to your IREM progress, though!

Still need a board...
I'm going to go out on a limb and say mine was probably not the last one you will come across :)

And for what it's worth, the buyer contacted me 16 hours before you did, so it wasn't even a close one. I'll keep an eye out for other good deals on IREM stuff for you :)
