“DR21” would indicate it’s a Japanese version? Unless the ROMs were swapped for the US/World versions?

I’ve been trying to find an English DR22 (world) or DR23 (USA) version 👍

I tested the board this afternoon and it’s having some color issues. Gotta look into it some more.
