Glue in some anti static foam inside and use a cart as a template for the cutout for a perfect fit.
Add custom art and presto!

These famicom cart cases look really cool, where to get these?
They're a bit fatter than cassette tapes, so they won't fit.Thanks wondering if exa carts would fit into the audio cassette cases, those have label holders as well.
this seems like the best option imo, would it rattle though or pretty snug in there?
