Point Blank 2 Arcade pcb issue

I currently own a point blank 2 arcade that is giving me some issues. The game works as intended however after turning on for a few minutes, the screen goes slightly dull and flickers slightly. Wondering if anyone experienced this issue and how they went about fixing it. Thank you.

I would have these four caps replaced and then adjust the video levels with the pot.
