I've always liked the music arrangement on the 3DO version of Super Turbo.

Would it be possible on the CPS2 multi to make a version of ST using the 3DO intro and stage music tracks?

Akuma's stage and the intro arrangements are especially top tier.

No, the remixed tracks on the 3DO version are Redbook Audio (CDDA just like a music CD) streaming from the disc.
The CPS2 hardware uses a 8mhz Z80 CPU with a 4mhz Q-sound custom for processing sound data/code.

I’ve seen a video where someone used the Sega CD audio of Final Fight in MAME. I’m sure there was other edits made tp get it to work. Just an FYI.

It could be done with emulation, simply by dumping the CD audio tracks into MP3, then having the emulator trigger the playback of said files, not processing the original sound data...
But not on actual hardware.

You have to mod the hardware or use the expansion slot, and then you have redo how the game sends data to the original z80.
There was some talk on doing hardware mods like i said when others were doing cps1 to cps2 ports.
