I contacted my boss and he has started providing the adapter board I made, which can repair your 171-8132b.
The chip used is s29gl128n11tf101.

The Naomi conversions are rampant now.

The serial number prefix is a detail often missed. The BCVE- on this likely doesn't belong to power stone 2. Those four letters are unique to the game. Before buying a Naomi cart, I check to see if it matches other legit carts.
