The manual has it https://archive.org/details/arcademanual_PrimalRage/page/n53/mode/1up page 54 I think. I’m on mobile and it’s not easy to navigate it but the colors are listed on the wiring (assuming that’s stock).

I've looked it over and it's still not clear to me. The small 5 pin connector is what I'm confused about. The one next to the jamma connector. I get and understand the (1-11) L/R and woofer components, but I don't understand where/how/order they pin to on the 5 pin.

Sorry right. It's a 6 pin connector, and they talk about those in the separate audio instructions but I don't see the pinout there either, just that you should buy their harness (and they give you the part#). Here's mine.

I tried this wiring and I think I have more problems than I realized.

Can anyone tell me what the cap values are for C43, C42?

and possibly C6, C7?
Mine appear to be missing.

I'd say the missing caps are definitely your problem I always wonder what leads to that even happening!
