Proverb is an alternative bootloader for Arcade PS2s (COH-H model series and their direct derivative units)

the idea behind this is to use proverb as a fixed boot.bin file, then have whatever program you want to boot first as a plain ELF wich you can update more comfortably.

also, it could be used to reduce boot times on original security dongle's from games.
this bootloader is already smaller than the original, and you could also remove mc0:IOPRP214A to save even more space

The default package is coded to load mc0:boot.elf , some pregenerated binaries for specific games have been made, however, I suspect there are more games out there that I missed.... if you find one and know how to use github... fill in a pull request adding your game into the gamelist.json file present on the repository

Here you can see a test conducted by @Franco23444 with Ridge Racer: Arcade battle saving like 24 seconds in boot time by using PROVERB

This is extremely useful for testing .elfs, took me a while to encrypt proverb's elf as I had never done anything like that before. But once I got my 256 booting from it, it was extremely quick! Great job as always!
