Hello, hoping someone can point me in the right direction...

I've got a broken "K531" MOSFET type transistor connected to the PSU heatsink at Q1. Two of three connectors snapped. The "G" and "S" pins are completely disconnected from the transistor's body.

I'm having a hard time narrowing down my choice for a replacement. I found some supposed new old stock on eBay, but am unsure if that's the path to take. Alternatively, trying to find a new modern replacement on Mouser is more convoluted than I was anticipating given I don't know the exact characteristics of the K531 MOSFET component.

Any recommendations or help or suggestions are wholly appreciated!

Thank you!

Thank you very much for responding! Correct, it is a Toshiba 2SK531.

Spent some time trying to find a perfect match using the available datasheet, but I don't quite see something with these exact characteristics on Digikey and Mouser. The closet one I could find was obsolete. Figures. I may try to work with a NOS part from eBay. I don't have a lot of confidence in my electrical engineering skills to determine which characteristics of a modern part can differ without sacrificing performance (I know just enough to be dangerous lol)

Anyways thank you though!
