Define "plug and play". Do you mean a JAMMA interface with a DE-10 attached and a SD card with all software installed?

Can't speak to MiSTercade or other options, but the JAMMA Expander seems to work fine with all of the DE-10 clone boards, so no guesswork required.

Zim's webstore is closed while he finishes relocating overseas though, so your best option if you don't want any fuss is probably the MiSTercade that ShootTheCore linked to.

I am considering buying a QMTECH FPGA MiSTer to JAMMA/JVS MiSTer JAMMA IO Board. Has anyone tested this item with a Candy Cab? MVS U4 candy, Sega Astro, or an equivalent?
