Question about Namco Noir Voltage

I have two Noir Blue cabs and I was wondering if it’s required to use a Stepdown Converter on the cab? If not, I don’t feel something is right. Running the cabs on 120V power currently.
 
If that’s the case, I feel like the cab isn’t grounded or something because it feels like I feel the current when I play on it.
 
The cab should be grounded. Do you notice this on both cabs?

Are you sure the outlet you're using is properly grounded?

That’s a good question. My house was just built last year. We did have some warranty work done on it.
 
I run mine on 120V, no problem at all and certainly no electric shocks, I would make sure that your cable is 3 core with the earth pin connected back to the power outlet.
 
Update, I am using a 3 prong cable, however I noticed one of the grounds was disconnected at the bottom of the cab, it solved part of the problem. Does leaving the cabinet door open where the PCB is located could also cause that issue? I opened up the control panel and it seemed grounded to me.
