Hello, i've had an issue that's probably super simple but I can't figure it out.
Cab had a broken boost button and went to fix it, found the wheel extension (RNE-60104?) in the back of it but I have absolutely no clue where it goes. So the boost buttons are currently hooked up to nothing.
The only manual online has a completely illegible wiring diagram and following the wires goes nowhere. I cannot find a spare 8 pin JST anywhere on any of the boards, but as far as I know this part is definitely used in the cabinet.

Am I missing something here? I'm pretty new to these things so I could just be looking for the wrong thing entirely lol.
Also if anyone happens to have a non garbled manual that'd be great too!

it probably does not connect on a board but another loom.

Search for race tv manual ... the schematics are much better, but r-tune boost button on the wheel is unique...

The Race TV manual was actually a huge help in my research, it atleast helped me boil down what inputs it could be on the I/O board. Seems most of the games use boost on pin 27.
Only other game available that uses the same connector and boost buttons is Sega showdown and while it's a SIMILAR enough it also leads to a dead end cause the IO board is different.

I've already mapped out the button pinouts and where they probably go, I imagine it's probably easier to run my own wires from the buttons straight to the 60 pin at this point? They're just standard 60 pin JST connectors arent they?

Would rather use that as a last resort though, trying to avoid running 5 feet of cable through the cabinet
