Raiden Fighters 1 and Raiden Fighters 2 single-board ver flip vertical axis?

Hi all,

Recently received Raiden Fighters 1 and Raiden Fighters 2 single board versions. These are the good audio single boards, SXX2E and SXX2F.

However, they are oriented the wrong direction (opposite from a typical Japanese cab rotation). The original Seibu SPI motherboard has an orientation switch, and the single board Raiden Fighters Jet also has an orientation switch near the jamma edge, but I don't see a switch on RF1 or 2 (or any dip switches at all). I also don't see anything in the service menu for this.

I tried looking for manuals but could only find the ones for the cartridge versions.

Any idea?

It looks like the switch / headers haven't been installed on the boards.

Here's the location of the swtich on Raiden Fighters JET, you could probably just jumper the position with a wire if you don't have a switch handy to install on the second PCB.

Can't see the same area for a switch on the first PCB, but there's bound to be a jumper or headings for a jumper to allow for screen flip there too.

I'm sure someone else will chime in with better infos.

Thanks for mentioning that @djsheep , I see those unpopped connectors on both RF1 and RF2 now that you mentioned it. RF1 has two holes and RF2 has three; I'll solder a wire or something in and see if I can get it to flip.

To close the loop on this in case anyone runs into it in the future:

Raiden Fighters 1 single board in the wrong vertical orientation: bridge JP031 (only two holes on this one).

Raiden Fighters 2 single board in the wrong vertical orientation: bridge JP031, the middle hole and the hole closer to the JAMMA edge. This one has three holes, likely to facilitate a switch.
