FS Recording Gameplay via Arcade machine

Hey guys. I would like to record my gameplay when I play on my arcade machine. If someone could recommend what exactly I need to buy in order to get the best results as far as low lag, high video quality, etc ?
I understand I need Betsu Betsu adapter and upscaler but which one is recommended? What video cables I’ll need for the scaler? What video card recommended?

I wanna connect it to my mistercade if it’s possible and then record at 1080P
Resolution I guess it’s 1920/1080
 
So if it's from your mister you should be able to out the hdmi or even vga to any capture card. That's way simpler than outputting from a real board.

I use startech stuff

Can you recommend a specific capture card that has great quality? I need an analog card that I connect to the HD 15 port on the mistercade
 
I have a mister as well , I think it can output HDMI and VGA simultaneously can't it? Wouldn't think you would need to output to a VGA port for capture.

Either way, I'm happy to share what I have . It's some older USB 3.0 startech card that does take in s-video, vga, and HDMI

BTW I just realized what forum , this should prob be elsewhere besides the marketplace so others can see it and help accordingly

Specifically the mistercade can’t because it has a bridge on the hdmi out. So I’ll probably have to use the HD15 input to connect it to a scaler and then connect the scaler to a capture card.
