RED lindbergh EX error 5

I'm trying to get a Red lindbergh Ex working for a Rambo machine. Lindbergh powers up ok but gives me an "Error 5 wrong Region". Now i have swap swapped lots of parts to get this PC on and running but i don't know how to change the region.

Any advice.

The region is stored on the eeprom on the motherboard. To change the region you will need a development dongle.
