Got the chassis back after sending it back to PNL for warranty repair. It works now!
Quite possible that I "boneheaded" the re-installlation of the chassis the first time around and blew the board. Or it was just bad luck. Either way, John at PNL was very helpful. We troubleshooted the board over several phone calls for a good while late into the evening before we decided that it was best to just send it back to PNL. Another note, the first time I shipped it to him, I didn't send the remote board. The 2nd time I sent it back in for warranty repair, I did. I haven't asked him what he did the 2nd time around. I will later tonight for my records. Perhaps it was something on the remote board? All in all, his service was more than reasonably priced. I spent a little more on shipping it back and lost about 1.5 weeks. No biggie.
I'd still recommend these guys. They are quick. They know their stuff. And the prices are good. I am happy!
