Replacement screw for Net City control panel

I missing one of these screws for the control panel. Can’t see to find anything similar at Home Depot. Any suggestions?

They're called carriage bolts in M4 size.

yeah m4 carriage bolts and this is the only place Ive been able to find them in the US bolts

You can get a 12pack on ebay for like $8 shipped. Monster Bolts is the seller.
